You can discover, play in and protect natural places with ADK!
Your gift on Giving Tuesday makes it possible for us to provide adventures for hikers, paddlers, skiers and nature-lovers just like you and at the same time it gives you a stronger voice on important conservation issues. Your gift today adds your voice to the call to add 22,000 acres of permanently protected wilderness to the Adirondack Park. Your #GivingTuesday gift today helps ADK’s professional and volunteer crews clear blow down after a storm, build steps, ladders, bridges and trails for a better outdoor experience. In 2015 a 16 member professional trail crew logged 11,245 hours, working on trails throughout the Adirondack and Catskill parks.
Your Giving Tuesday gift this year provides 650 kids a fourth-grade they’ll never forget. Connecting 4th graders with the natural world through environmental education in the classroom and visits to the Heart Lake property in the Adirondacks three times throughout the year.
