Reservation Policies

Our reservation staff quotes non-member rates only. Members will receive their 10 percent discount when they show proof of membership at check in. Please bring your membership card.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may make a reservation for any of our facilities up to one year in advance. (As of the first of each month, reservations can be made for that entire month in the following year.)

and Campground

• A deposit equal to 50 percent of the estimated total (including food if applicable) is due no more than two weeks from the date the reservation is made.

• For reservation made within 30 days of the date of arrival, a 50 percent deposit is due at the time of the reservation.

• Guests who cancel a reservation 31 days or more before the date of arrival will receive a full (100 percent) refund of their deposit.

• Guests who cancel a reservation within 30 days (30 days or less) from the date of arrival will receive no refund of their deposit, even if they rebook within the 30 days.

Johns Brook Lodge, Grace Camp, Camp Peggy O’Brien, Trails Cabin

• A deposit equal to 50 percent of the estimated total (including food if applicable) is due no more than two weeks from the date the reservation is made.

• The remaining 50 percent of the estimated total is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival. (The stay is now paid in full, other than additional charges that may be incurred.)

• Should the reservation be made inside of 60 days from the date of arrival, 100 percent of the estimated total is due at the time of the reservation

• Guests who cancel a reservation 61 days or more before the date of arrival will receive a full (100 percent) refund of their deposit.

• Guests who cancel a reservation within 60 days (60 days or less) from the date of arrival will receive no refund of their deposit, even if they rebook within the 30 days.

Groups

Groups are defined as 10 or more individuals making a reservation under the name of one organization or individual. Groups will receive a 10 percent discount on lodging and meals, provided the balance is paid in a single guest check. Splitting the bill will result in loss of the group discount. No further discounts or coupons apply. The group discount does not apply to any special packages. Reservation and cancellation polices for groups are the same as those for the Johns Brook Lodge.
