Reservation policies for Adirondak Loj and Johns Brook Lodge

Effective for all new reservations.

Reservation PoliciesGeneral Information
Our reservation staff will now be quoting rates as non-member rates only. Members will, of course, receive their 10% discount on services once they show proof of membership at check in. Please bring your membership card.

Reservations are on first-come, first-served basis. Guests may now make a reservation for any of our facilities up to one year in advance by month.

As of the first of each month, reservations can be made for that entire month in the following year.

Groups Information

Groups are defined as ten or more individuals making a reservation under the name of one organization or individual. The following rules apply to group reservations:

  • Groups will receive a 10% discount off both accommodations and food.
  • No further discounts or coupons apply in addition to this 10% reduction.
  • This group discount does not apply to any special packages we may be offering.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Johns Brook Lodge, Grace Camp, Camp Peggy O’Brien, Trails Cabin, and Groups

Deposits

  • 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated total (including food and taxes) is due within two weeks of the date the reservation is made.
  • Prior to sixty days from the date of arrival, an additional 50% is due. (The stay is now paid in full, other than additional charges that may be incurred.)
  • Should the reservation be made inside of sixty days from the date of arrival, 100% of the estimated total is due at the time of the reservation.

Cancellations

  • If cancelled outside of sixty days (61 days or more) from the date of arrival, the guest(s) will receive a 100% refund of their deposit.
  • If cancelled inside of sixty days (60 days or less) from the date of arrival, the guest(s) will receive no refund of their deposit.

Adirondak Loj and Campgrounds

Deposits

  • 50% of the estimated total (including food and taxes if applicable) is due within two weeks of the date the reservation is made.
  • Should reservation be made inside of thirty days from the date of arrival, a deposit of 50% is due at the time of the reservation.

Cancellations

  • Outside of thirty days (31 days or more) from the date of arrival, the guest(s) will receive a 100% refund of their deposit.
  • Inside of thirty days (30 days or less) from the date of arrival, the guest(s) will receive no refund of their deposit.
  • Should the canceled reservation be rebooked inside of thirty days (30 days or less) from the date of arrival, the guest(s) will not receive a refund of their deposit.
