Conservation & Advocacy

ADK's conservation and advocacy program grew in response to the need for responsible policy development concerning the care of the Forest Preserve, the right of the public to use it for recreation, and the protection of natural resources. Our Public Affairs Office, located in Albany, New York operates our legislative advocacy program.
