Cold River Chapter

Location: The Center of the Adirondack Park, from Chestertown to North Creek and Inlet and north to Long Lake and Newcomb . Our chapter is made up of seasonal and year-round residents alike.

Home Chapter/Affiliate: When joining ADK you can designate the Cold River Chapter as your home chapter at no extra charge. You get the chapter's newsletter and can vote at meetings. Members of other chapters can "affiliate" with the Cold River Chapter -- which puts them on the newsletter mailing list -- for an additional $5 sent to headquarters along with their membership dues.

Monthly Potlucks - January through June are held from Inlet to Long Lake to Garnet Hill. Call/write Jackie Mallery (below) to participate.

August 2 2008 Join us for our Annual Picnic/Business Meeting at noon on Slim Point on Long Lake. (Every year the first Saturday of August at Noon)

Year Round Activities:
We canoe, hike, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and bike Thursdays from September to June. Contact the Outings Chair to get on the year yound E-Mail list.
